I was pleasantly surprised that my entry in the BAA Spring Show won a ribbon for second place in the landscape division. The painting is “Brace Canyon – Yellow.” I originally was going to enter a painting of my cat, but the BAA just had a show called “Feathers and Whiskers” so I figured maybe they had seen enough cats. From April 28 – May 12, 2018 the Burbank Art Association is having its Spring Show at the Geo Gallery in Glendale (1545 Victory Blvd.)
I am honored to have my painting “Brace Canyon -Yellow” on display (an competing for a ribbon ?) It looks so fancy with a frame around it, and available for the bargain price of $75! ??
Thank you to Raw Materials Art Supplies for hosting the Los Angeles Plein Art Festival, it was great to see my work hanging with such great artists!
